The Annual Meeting is held in June on the 1st Saturday at 10:00 AM at Air Force One Lodge in Montgomery and the Stated Meeting in December on the Saturday just prior to the 12th at 1:00 PM at the Birmingham Metro Facility in Irondale with an elegant repast to follow for both.

Holy Sepulchre Chapel #41 was granted dispensation to assemble on the second day of May in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty-three and was consecrated on the sixteenth day of December in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty-three.

The Commemorative Order of St. Thomas of Acon is an invitational chivalric and Masonic order. In the United States of America, the Order is governed by The Grand Master’s Council, USA, which warrants local Chapels of the Order. Our Chapel is grouped into a larger administrative unit, known as a Province which is governed by The Grand Preceptor’s Council for the Southeast. A candidate for admission must be a subscribing Master Mason in a Blue Lodge, a subscribing Royal Arch Mason in a Royal Arch Chapter, and a subscribing Knights Templar in a Knights Templar Commandery.

As this is an Invitational Honor body within York Rite, no candidate can petition for membership.
